Knead Pizza TestimonialPosted: Jun 18, 2014
The Ultimate Pizza Lounge
The experience with ACityDiscount was great. They walked me through the front of the house to back of the house. They were very detailed and helpful throughout this project. I would recommend ACityDiscount.
Update: Knead Pizza closed its doors in early 2015. We wish all members of their team and management good luck in their future ventures.
When Jeff Jackson began the process of opening his first restaurant, Knead Pizza, he needed some guidance. Jeff, like most restaurateurs, had limited space to work with and wanted to get the most out of every inch of his kitchen. Luckily, Jeff met ACityDiscount Team Member Jennifer Hyaduck, who implored him to visit ACD’s 30,000 sq ft Norcross SuperStore. Jeff came in to shop in late September of 2013, and has continued to come back almost weekly.
Jeff’s First Trip To ACityDiscount
When Jeff first came to the ACD SuperStore, he was floored. He was astonished that one store could offer all of the items he knew would be needed for his business. With the assistance of Jennifer and ACityDiscount’s showroom sales team, Jeff stocked his entire kitchen and bar areas. He purchased a wide range of equipment, including items like bar coolers, commercial sinks, his pizza ovens, menu covers, and a tremendous number of assorted smallwares.
Knead Pizza Opens In South Atlanta
In December of 2013, Jeff’s first restaurant, Knead Pizza, opened its doors. The establishment, a combination pizzeria and lounge, is an anomaly in the Atlanta area, and the unique atmosphere and delectable menu items already have locals talking. Offering a number of Atlanta-inspired menu items, Knead recently began offering Chicago style deep dish pizzas as well.
Though their food sets them apart from the competition, the Knead Pizza lounge and bar area put them in a completely different class. Jeff’s original concept has made waves in South Atlanta, and the lounge has become indispensable to his operation.
