This Prep Table and sink could prove useful to any food service establishment. It measure in at 60" x 30". It allows you to prep and wash in one area thereby organizing kitchen traffic, and saving on labor costs. This prep table is durable enough to take continuous use, and it has a 6" backsplash to prevent food from falling where it shouldn't. It's made of 18 gauge stainless steel, and could improve efficiency for back-of-house operations.
