"Your local inspector can tell you the bar sink set up you need based on square footage, seats, etc. Regulations are different for every state when it comes to how many sinks you need for dumping waste and how many sinks you need for washing glassware. I’m familiar with most of the regs just from being in the business for so long."-Josh
