Carter-Hoffmann HL10-18 Specifications
Hold covered or uncovered food in the HL10 series VaporPro heated and humidified holding cabinet. It provides the most precise environment for moisture-sensitive uncovered food. It can also be operated without humidity. Active humidification is provided by a heating element placed in the water reservoir and the distribution of heated, humidified air by a precision engineered fan and duct system. 90% humidity can be attained, even at higher temperatures.
