Duraneedle 330-32; .4in reduces tip needle probe. This probe works best with dense meats. They also work well soft foods and liquids.
Surface Probe 330-35; Flatbell surface probe. This probe works best for testing griddles and other surfaces.
Micro-needle 330-40; 3in micro-needle heat shrunk probe. This probe works best for testing delicate products like eggs, hamburger patties, soft foods and liquids.
Versaneedle 330-41; 4in immersion/surface probe. This probe works best for general kitchen use, everything from testing equipment sufaces to meats, soft foods and liquids.
