The Tempura Wok Range is designed for tempura, stir-fry and steamed oriental cooking. It also is perfect for catering and exhibition cooking with 90,000 BTU/hr.

Stainless Steel : Front, sides, and cabinet base.
Control Knobs: Durable cast metal, polished chrome finish.
Cabinet Base: Stainless steel cabinet base with 6" or 12" legs and adjustable feet.
Work Top: All-welded heavy 12 gauge steel. Welded-in (8"H) cylinder to concentrate and intensify heat. Painted finish
Drip Tray: Full width drip pan removes for cleaning.

The Tempura Wok Burner has a high performance 3-ring burner with a total of 90,000 BTU/hr. provides heating. Two adjustable gas valves.
Gas
Manifold pressure is 5.0" W.C. for natural gas or 10.0" for propane gas (conversion kit required for propane). Manifold size ¾" NPT.
Clearance:
For use only on non-combustible surfaces. Provide 0" clearance from non-combustible surfaces and 17" from combustible surfaces.
