The Beverage Air SPE60HC-16 is a 60-inch two-door refrigerated sandwich prep table. It has a net capacity of 16.02 cubic feet and includes 16 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. The top opening has a removable hood and lid assembly that helps to retain cold air and prevent contamination. The unit also features a 10-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board that provides a food prep area.
