SP SERIES "MEGA" SANDWICH UNITS
Fifty percent greater pan capacity than the all around standard prep table. " Cold Air Blanket" assures that product in open containers is kept under 41° F and above freezing. "Cold Air Blanket" eliminates unsanitary defrosting associated with "Cold Wall" construction. Front breathing design feature allows unrestricted placement of unit...e.g. backed against walls and even installed on curbs.
34 inch deep models (less cutting board) in four sizes with 36 inch working height, include a 10 inch wide cutting board. Up to 30 1/6 size pan capacity in 72 inch models.
Balanced refrigeration system for the ultimate storage of fresh produce and other perishables.
Barrier duct design prevents spillage from getting into interior from top of cabinet.
Cabinet features front breathing design for built in applications.
Insulated lids are standard.
Six-inch legs, six-inch (6") or three-inch (3") casters (choose at checkout), 2 with brakes.
Cabinet exterior is stainless steel and interior is anodized aluminum.
