Features:
100% Stainless Steel Construction
They are Superior to others in that they are made of 100% Stainless Steel, not just what is seen. Unlike those that are made of Stainless Steel ("where exposed") and Galvanized Metal, these will stand the test of time and regular cleaning.
Larger, 20" High Filters
The Aluminum filters in the hood are standard 20" high as opposed to 16" high. This provides more filtering surface and therefore is more efficient and quieter to operate.
This hood is 10 feet wide, 4 feet deep & 2 feet tall. For use in medium to heavy cooking environments. The grease cup and aluminum filters are included and other accessories are available.
Per the manufacturer's specifications, this hood would require 3000 to 3300 CFM @ 5/8" Static Pressure for Medium to High Heat Cooking for Exhaust.
This Hood is supplied with 2 Pre-Installed Lights (final connection must be performed by a Licensed Electrician)
