The APW Wyott RCW-11 eleven quart capacity classic insulated round cooker server is designed to quickly and safely bring refrigerated or frozen prepared foods back to serving temperature. Unlike standard warmers that are primarily intended only for holding food, the APW Wyott RCW-11, through its 1200-watt heating system provides the heating performance needed to rapidly reheat soups, chili, stews, sauces, nacho cheese, gravies, and other prepared foods before maintaining them at food-safe serving temperatures. Whether serving soup during a lunch rush, holding chili at a concession stand, or maintaining sauces on a buffet line, the unit helps operators keep food at consistent serving temperatures while minimizing wait times between batches.
