APW Wyott RW-1V Specifications
The APW Wyott RW-1V 11 quart food pan wamer helps operators maintain soups, sauces, chili, gravies, and other prepared foods at safe serving temperatures throughout service. Its insulated construction, even-heating design, and thermostatic controls help preserve food quality while reducing temperature fluctuations, making it an ideal choice for restaurants, cafeterias, buffets, and concession operations that depend on consistent hot food holding. Designed to hold preheated food at serving temperatures, able to keep soups and sauces above 140°F when operated properly. With a larger capacity than the 7 quart RW-1V, this unit reduces refill frequency during peak service, ideal for busy buffet lines, convenience stores, or as portable countertop holding at events and banquets.
The RW-1V does not include a a pan. The APW Wyott RW-1V-SP soup package includes an inset, hinged cover, and ladle.
