It features two powerful 30,000 BTU burners, each with its own manual control and standing pilot light, giving chefs precise command over the cooking surface. Constructed with a fully welded stainless steel front and sides, the griddle is both rugged and easy to clean. A 3-inch wide grease trough and removable stainless steel drip tray simplify cleanup, while the splash guards prevent messes. The BDECTG-24/NG is also field convertible to LPG, offering flexibility for any kitchen setup.
