A precise digital temperature controller helps maintain cabinet temperatures from approximately 33°F to 40°F, while automatic defrost and efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support consistent cooling performance. Two adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves make it easy to organize different products and containers, while self-closing solid doors with recessed handles help retain cold air during busy service periods.
