The Advance Tabco DTC-3-1620-66R is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade dish table with an integrated three-compartment sink, specifically designed to optimize the "clean side" workflow in a professional dish room. Measuring 66 inches in width, this unit is configured to attach to the right side of a dish machine operator, facilitating a seamless transition from the washer to the drying or storage area. It features three 16" x 20" x 14" bowls that allow for the secondary soaking or hand-washing of pots and pans without disrupting the main machine cycle. The unit is constructed from rugged 16-gauge 304 series stainless steel, ensuring high resistance to corrosion and the physical demands of high-volume kitchens. It includes a 6-inch right-side drainboard, a 10.5-inch high backsplash to protect walls from moisture, and is supported by stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet and front-to-back cross bracing for maximum stability.
