Spanning a generous 77-3/4 inches in width, this rugged unit features a 12-inch deep, 3/8-inch thick white polyethylene cutting board that provides a clean, sanitary, and knife-friendly surface for slicing, assembly, and presentation. The poly board is completely removable for effortless, deep cleaning and sanitation at the end of a shift.
