The American Eagle AE-DM32 is a robust, full-size rapid dough moulder designed for high-volume production in commercial bakeries. Powered by a 1 HP motor, this machine can shape an estimated 700 to 1000 pieces of dough per hour, accommodating a weight range of 1.1 oz to 10.1 oz. It's adept at forming dough for a variety of products, including French bread, hot dog buns, dinner rolls, pizza, toast, Chinese buns, pretzels, and doughnuts. Featuring four sanitary polypropylene rollers and a flexible stainless steel curling wire mesh, the AE-DM32 efficiently presses dough to remove air bubbles and then curls and moulds it with an adjustable pressure board to achieve the desired shape. The machine also offers the flexibility to rapidly sheet dough by lifting the pressure board and curling chains. Built with a heavy-duty cast iron frame and steel panels with a rust-resistant enamel finish, it ensures durability and longevity. For ease of use and mobility, it includes an integrated tray holder and is mounted on four wheels. Safety features include thermal overload protection for the motor, and an optional extended input chute cover is available for enhanced safety. The AE-DM32 operates on 220V/60Hz/1Ph power and requires professional electrical installation.
