The griddle features a polished 1-inch thick steel plate that ensures even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, essential for consistent cooking results. Equipped with five U-shaped burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU/hr, the griddle provides a total output of 150,000 BTU/hr.
