Unique Air Flow Cooking System:
Unique air movement created by the combined air flow of two convection fans coupled to a specially designed diffuser plate ensures a continuous even flow of hot air around the oven interior. This system ensures that cooking times in Anvil ovens are reduced compared to ovens that do not have this system.
