The Atosa ATTG-48 is powered by four independent 25,000 BTU burners—cranking out a total of 100,000 BTUs—each featuring its own thermostatic control knob every 12 inches for precise multi-zone temperature management. Constructed from rugged, easy-to-clean stainless steel, this commercial 48-inch thermostatic griddle includes a wide front grease trough, a heavy-duty splash guard, and a large-capacity removable grease drawer, while arriving field-convertible for seamless integration with either Natural Gas (NG) or Liquid Propane (LP).
