Very Nice Commercial Niche Mixer
I bought this product from the A City Discount ebay storefront. It is a fairly unique offering in that it is a 110v mixer with a 1 HP motor. Most of the smaller commercial mixers have !/2 or 1/3 HP motors. Although much bigger than a "residential" sized mixer, it is still a lot smaller than most commercial ones. You can use it either countertop, on a cart or kitchen equipment stand, or on the floor. Fit and finish could be slightly better but at this price point it is very good for what it is. I recommend this mixer for light to medium duty smaller commercial use.
