Crafted from durable 18-gauge 304 stainless steel, this heavy-duty unit features a left-to-right operational flow designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, and catering facilities. It is installed in back-of-house dishrooms directly adjacent to commercial dishwashers, where kitchen staff use the integrated pre-rinse assembly, pre-rinse basket, and tray guides to strip debris, soak cookware, and execute the standard three-stage wash, rinse, and sanitize procedure before sending racks to the washer.
