This 48in x 36in gas fired old world brick oven looks and bakes like a wood burning oven without the operating labor or cleanup. No fire tending, ash, smoke or mess. Designed to be enclosed in brick, stone, masonry, or ceramic tile. May also be used "as is".

Powered by dual burner, 120,000 BTU heat injection system under the baking deck for fast heat recovery and high volume baking.
Heat control dampers assure balance of top and bottom heat
Hearth : 48" wide x 36" deep (1219mm x 914mm)
Vaulted baking chamber, 16" (406 mm) high
Easily removable, heavy duty flame diverters under baking hearth distribute burner flame evenly
Unit is complete with ceramic baking hearth 1.5"(38 mm) thick, legs on casters, and flue deflector.
Oven framework is made of 1/4" thick steel angel iron, welded to a single form unit
Interior surface shall be 16 guage, high heat aluminized steel
Oven exterior is made of 16 and 18 guage, electro galvinized steel with high heat aluminized finish
Arch opening and lintel plate is made of 12 guage high heat aluminized steel for support of brick, stone, masonry or ceramic tile finish.
Legs are made of 7 guage, H.R.S. with Bakerstone gray finish complete with casters
Entire oven is insulated with no less than 2"(51 mm) thick heavy duty felt
Oven is equipped with hearths 1 1/2" (38 mm) thick and shall be supported by a 1/4" (6 mm) thick steel angle iron frame
Oven is equipped with a 650°F (343°C) thermostat
Oven is equipped with a control valve which incorporates a manual valve, pilot safely automatic valve, and gas regulator. Pressure setting is 3.5" water column (9 mbar) for natural gas and 10" water column (25 mbar) for LP gas
