The Bizerba CSP is a mobile, floor model bread slicer. Its circular blade cuts up to 200 slices per minute. Built for durability and high performance along with its intuitive touch screen and dial allows users to quickly select the slice thickness, cut bread in half, a specific number of slices. The innovative Smarter Slicing features maintain a hygienic environment around the slicer, with indicators that show when cleaning is due or when the blade needs sharpening or maintenance. The sloped bread chute provides stability during slicing, and the ergonomic packaging aid directly above the bread chute prevents crumbs or slices from falling to the floor.
