Built with durable stainless steel construction, this 120V commercial convection oven accommodates up to three half-size sheet pans and offers a broad 175°F to 500°F temperature range, giving operators the flexibility to prepare everything from baked goods and pastries to roasted vegetables, appetizers, proteins, and prepared foods. Its commercial-grade design includes high-temperature motor bearings, a reinforced door and hinge assembly, high-R-value cavity insulation, an interior oven light, and a cool-touch double-wall glass door for improved durability, heat retention, and visibility during cooking.
