Cadco BLS-4FLD-2H Specifications
The Cadco BLS-4FLD-2H is a comprehensive Bakerlux™ LED double-stack convection oven designed for high-volume commercial baking without the need for traditional external venting. This heavy-duty unit features two full-size convection ovens, each equipped with four shelves accommodating standard full-size sheet pans. Its integrated ventless hood, which uses a vapor capture and condensing system to remove odors and grease-laden vapors, makes it ideal for front-of-house or space-constrained locations. The station is operated via digital touch controls that allow for three baking steps and up to 99 programmable recipes, including 12 "Quick Access" settings. Constructed from durable stainless steel and mounted on a mobile aluminum stand with casters, the BLS-4FLD-2H operates on 208-240V and is backed by a three-year limited warranty on the ovens.
