The structural core of the BB96 is built for heavy-duty institutional transport. It features high-density fiberglass insulation wrapped in an all-welded stainless steel chassis, preventing heat loss even when rolled down long hallways or across breezeways. The high-performance, bottom-mounted heating unit delivers continuous, evenly distributed convective heat to eliminate cold spots, while the analog temperature readout lets staff monitor internal conditions at a glance. For maximum transport safety, the cabinet is outfitted with a heavy-duty wrap-around bumper block and rolls on industrial-grade 6-inch polyurethane casters in a offset wheel configuration for effortless tracking through tight service elevators. Operating on standard 120V power, this banquet cart keeps plating lines organized and meals perfectly preserved until the moment of service.
