Operating on a standard 115V electrical connection, this Energy Star® certified machine utilizes a chemical-sanitizing low-temp system to process up to 40 racks (or 160 covers) per hour while consuming an economical 0.93 gallons of water per 90-second cycle. It features a generous 17-inch vertical door clearance with a smooth 3-door lift to facilitate easy loading of large plates, glassware, and bulky prep ware. Built entirely from durable stainless steel, the DL-2000 streamlines daily workflows with user-friendly automated features like auto-start/stop, auto-fill, and an integrated scrap tray that intercepts food debris before it reaches the drain system. Additionally, its top-mounted control panel houses built-in chemical dispensing pumps and a specialized deliming system to effortlessly combat scale buildup, while its field-convertible design allows for seamless installation in either a straight-through or corner layout.
