Knowledge staff, willingness to help and follow up
John was very knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. It's not everyday you come in contact with someone who enjoys and does their job well. He's definitely an asset to this company. We received our fryer within a week, had it up and running in no time. We will definitely buy here again!
