Crown Steam ECX-22-10 Specifications
The Crown Steam ECX-22-10 is a high-capacity, electric convection steamer designed for high-volume foodservice operations, such as hospitals, schools, and large banquet facilities. Mounted on a 48 inch wide cabinet base, this unit features two independent steaming compartments, with each cavity capable of holding three full-size pans. This generator produces the rapid, high-velocity steam required to cook dense proteins and large batches of vegetables simultaneously without flavor transfer.
