Great for vegetables
Pros: Great for small hands, Sharp right out of the box/sleeve. Will sharpen well high carbon steel.
Cons: High carbon steel. It will rust if left wet. Does not have a point, if that is what you need look elsewhere.
This has quickly become my go to Nakiri style knife for vegetables. I am starting to appreciate thinner blades vs Western style blades and this knife is a lot of fun. Great with vegetables and slicing meat for stir fry. Is this a knife you are going to show off to friends? probably not. Is this a knife to have fun with that is a work horse? Absolutely!
