The Duke 637 is a versatile, single-deck buffet serving shelf designed to add a professional layer of food protection to Duke’s hot and cold food stations. Primarily used in school cafeterias and high-volume buffet lines, this shelf features a durable stainless steel top and is equipped with an integrated sneeze guard to meet health department safety regulations. The protector panel is angled perfectly to provide customers with an unobstructed view of the menu items while shielding the food from airborne contaminants. Its modular design allows it to be easily mounted to the top of serving units, and the smooth stainless steel surfaces ensure that cleanup is quick and efficient.
