The Duke 739L is a high-performance, single-deck buffet shelf specifically designed to provide both food protection and supplemental warmth for heated serving lines. This unit is equipped with an integrated heat rod mounted beneath the stainless steel shelf providing consistent radiant heat to the tops of food pans, helping to maintain safe internal temperatures and preserve the "just-cooked" quality of entrees during extended service periods. Constructed from heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless steel, the unit features a built-in sneeze guard, ensuring compliance with health department regulations while offering a clear view of the food for buffet guests.
