The Duke Manufacturing 956 Series is a premium line of serving overshelves designed to provide professional food protection and increased storage for commercial serving lines. These shelves are constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel and feature a sophisticated design supported by steel tubular uprights. Known for their durability and "clean" aesthetic, the 956 series is frequently used in cafeterias and buffets to meet health department sneeze guard requirements while maintaining high visibility for the food being served. The series is highly modular, offering single-deck or double-deck configurations to fit Duke’s 2-well through 5-well hot and cold food stations, as well as optional tempered glass protector panels that act as an effective barrier against airborne contaminants.
