The Duke Aerohot WB303 is a gas-powered, wet-bath steam table designed for operators who prioritize the gentle, consistent heat that only a water bath can provide. The "WB" series features a a 15,000 BTU burner that heats the water to create a steam-filled environment that surrounds three 12" x 20" food pans, preventing dense foods like mashed potatoes or oatmeal from scorching or drying out. Built for durability and convenience, the unit includes a 1/2-inch thick poly carving board, a 20-gauge stainless steel undershelf for storage, and a 1-inch brass drain with a valve for quick cleanup.
