Commercial 40lb LP Gas Fryer
Model: F-3
model F-3 is a three tube, 40lb capacity freestanding gas fryer. The fry tank is all stainless and includes 3 heat tubes with a high heat baffle system, cool zone and 1-1/4 full port ball type drain valve. The front and door is all stainless steel. The door includes a fully integrated door liner. A millivolt thermostat allows temperature range from 200º to 400ºF. Hi Limit control shuts fryer down if shortening exceeds maximum temperature.

Entree F3P Deep fryer
Excellent Fryer, easy to setup, use and clean. This is the 2nd fryer we have purchased. We use them for our high school snack bar and they have proven invaluable. Having the wheels means we can use them anywhere. Each fryer paid for itself within the first couple of months.
