The Everest Refrigeration EOTP1 is a one-section mega-top open prep table with rear-mounted refrigeration and front air breathing, fitting twelve 1/6 size pan positions and 8 cubic feet of storage into a slim 27-3/4" wide footprint. Impressive topping capacity for such a compact unit, with a removable insulated lid to help maintain pan temperatures between rushes.
Digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost keep daily operation simple and reliable — a space-efficient prep solution for smaller sandwich, deli, or salad operations.
