The Everest Refrigeration EOTPS2 is a two-section mega-top open prep table with rear-mounted refrigeration and front air breathing, fitting twelve 1/6 size pan positions and 10 cubic feet of storage into a compact 35-5/8" wide footprint. A removable insulated lid helps maintain pan temperatures between rushes, making it a practical, space-efficient option for smaller sandwich, deli, or salad operations.
Digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost keep daily operation simple and reliable throughout a busy service.
