The Everest Refrigeration EOTPW2 is a two-section mega-top open prep table with rear-mounted refrigeration and front air breathing, offering an impressive twenty-four 1/6 size pan positions across a 59-1/8" wide work surface — serious topping capacity for high-volume sandwich, deli, or salad operations. Two removable insulated lids help maintain pan temperatures when the line isn't running.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and 16 cubic feet of storage behind two solid doors keep the unit running reliably and well-stocked throughout a busy service.
