The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR2 is a two-section sandwich prep table with rear-mounted refrigeration and front air breathing, offering 13 cubic feet of storage behind two solid doors in a 47-1/2" wide footprint. Twelve 1/6 size pan positions and a 12-1/4" removable cutting board keep ingredients organized and prep space practical, with the flexibility to install flush against a wall or within a built-in configuration.
Digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost keep daily operation simple and reliable throughout a busy service.
