The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR3-D2 is a two-section drawered sandwich prep table with rear-mounted refrigeration and front air breathing, combining a solid door section with two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers for a flexible mix of storage and quick-access ingredient retrieval. The stainless steel top holds eighteen 1/6 size pans and a 12-1/4" removable cutting board across a generous 71-1/8" wide footprint.
Digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost keep the unit running reliably throughout a busy service. Drawer pans are sold separately.
