The Everest Refrigeration EPBR1 is a one-section mega-top sandwich prep table that packs twelve 1/6 size pan positions into a slim 27-3/4" wide footprint — impressive topping capacity for such a compact unit. Rear-mounted refrigeration and front air breathing make it a flexible option for tight or built-in installations where a standard-depth prep table won't fit.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and 8 cubic feet of storage behind a single solid door keep the unit running reliably and well-stocked throughout a busy service.
