The expansive stainless steel top accommodates an impressive thirty 1/6 size pans — significantly more topping capacity than a standard prep table — making it a strong choice for high-volume sandwich or deli operations where ingredient variety and organization matter.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and 19 cubic feet of storage behind three solid doors keep the unit running reliably and well-stocked throughout a busy service.
