The Everest Refrigeration EPPR1-D2 is a compact one-section pizza prep table with two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers, fitting 9 cubic feet of storage and four 1/3 size pan positions into a slim 35-5/8" wide footprint. Quick drawer access keeps ingredients within easy reach on a busy line, while the 19-1/4" removable cutting board provides a practical prep surface above.
Digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost keep the unit running reliably with minimal fuss. Drawer pans are sold separately.
