The Everest Refrigeration EPPR2-D2 is a two-section pizza prep table offering 23 cubic feet of storage across a solid door section and two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers in a 71" wide footprint. The mixed configuration gives operators the flexibility of quick drawer access for frequently used toppings alongside traditional door storage below, all topped with a stainless steel surface holding nine 1/3 size pans and a 19-1/4" removable cutting board.
Digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost keep the unit running reliably day to day. Drawer pans are sold separately.
