The Everest Refrigeration EPPR3-D4 is a three-section pizza prep table built for high-volume operations, offering 30 cubic feet of storage across a solid door section and four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers in a generous 93-1/8" wide footprint. The stainless steel top holds twelve 1/3 size pans and a 19-1/4" removable cutting board, giving pizza makers plenty of organized workspace and topping access during a busy service.
Digital controls with an LED display and auto defrost keep the unit running reliably day to day. Drawer pans are sold separately.
