The Everest Refrigeration EPPSR2 is a two-section pizza prep table designed to keep toppings organized and within easy reach during a busy service. The stainless steel top holds seven 1/3 size pans and features a generous 19-1/4" removable cutting board — plenty of room for stretching dough and assembling pies — while an insulated lid helps maintain topping temperatures between rushes.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and 16 cubic feet of storage behind two solid doors keep the unit running reliably and well-stocked throughout the day.
