The Everest Refrigeration EPR1-24 is a one-section sandwich prep table built for kitchens where counter depth is a constraint. At just 24" deep and 35-5/8" wide, it's one of the most compact prep table options available, yet still manages to fit eight 1/9 size pan positions, an insulated stainless steel lid, and a removable cutting board on top with 6 cubic feet of storage below.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and an overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil deliver dependable performance in a surprisingly small package.
