The Everest Refrigeration EPR1 is a one-section sandwich prep table that packs eight 1/6 size pan positions and 9 cubic feet of storage into a compact 35-5/8" wide footprint — a capable, no-nonsense prep solution for smaller operations or kitchens with limited line space. An insulated lid and removable cutting board round out a practical, well-equipped work surface.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and LED interior lighting keep daily operation simple and reliable throughout a busy service.
