The Everest Refrigeration EPR3 is a three-section sandwich prep table built for high-volume prep lines, offering 21 cubic feet of storage below and a stainless steel top that accommodates up to eighteen 1/6 size pans. An insulated lid helps maintain pan temperatures when the line is between rushes, and a removable cutting board adds useful prep flexibility.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and LED interior lighting keep the unit running reliably and efficiently — a hardworking, well-equipped prep table for any busy sandwich or salad operation.
