The Everest Refrigeration EPWR2 is a two-section sandwich prep table that keeps ingredients cold and within arm's reach during a busy service. The stainless steel top accommodates up to sixteen 1/6 size pans, with an insulated lid to maintain temperatures when the line isn't running, and a removable cutting board for added prep versatility.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and LED interior lighting keep the unit running reliably, while 17 cubic feet of storage behind two solid doors provides plenty of space for backup ingredients below.
